O autor descreve uma cena passada no metrô em Nova Iorque. "We got off the train (...) following toward the exit when we saw two people standing just inside the big nut-grinder turnstile, waving at us and yelling. One of then was banging something metallic against the bars of the turnstile. They were trapped in there. They'd gone through the turnstile, went a few steps, found the gate locked and now couldn't get out".

Eu sei que turnstile é roleta, catraca. O problema é o "nut-grinder"... Li num texto que podem ser "portas giratórias". Help!
