"value date" e data la care tranzacţia "devine scadentă", ca să zic aşa, mai exact data convenită/stabilită pentru ca ea să aibă loc. Nu trebuie să fie neapărat o tranzacţie valutară, eu de cele mai multe ori am întâlnit sintagma aceasta cu sensul de "ziua/data plăţii sau a decontării". Din contexul dat de tine, eu înţeleg că este vorba de nişte tranzacţii a căror valoare este variabilă de-a lungul unei zile de operare, aşa că, dacă aş fi în locul tău, aş traduce ceva de genul "valori finale de tranzacţionat la sfârşitul zilei"
