Ştiu că a mai fost o întrebare referitoare la "forensic accounting" (http://www.proz.com/kudoz/728657). Conform răspunsului ales ("expertiză contabilă"), înţeleg că "forensic accountant" e "expert contabil", dar se pare că nu e (http://www.proz.com/kudoz/612023)...

De fapt, se pare că în legislaţie se foloseşte termenul "expert contabil", fără "judiciar" după el. (Totuşi unii contabili şi-l adaugă pe "judiciar" şi se recomandă ca "experţi contabili judiciari").
