Elvira Tatucu: corect si netras de par este termenul "actiuni de crestere" pe care il gasim pe ase.ro referit de dvs. Daca n-ati fi venit tot dvs. cu referinta de mai sus ...

-> Multumesc! Termenul are totuşi 2 sensuri diferite. Poate mai puţin "tras de păr" ar fi *acţiuni pentru stimularea performanţei manageriale* (cam lung).
