Asadar, iti sugerez sa formulezi cam asa: ... va conferi clientilor echilibrul optim al raportului calitate/pret la cele mai inalte standarde de calitate (sau poate: ...echilibrul optim si servicii de inalta calitate).

unless 'balance of convenience' is a legal term, which here it is not, it cannot stand as a separate entity for it is clearly incomplete. in order for a balance to exist there must be two opposing things, which here are the client's desire to put up the least amount of effort (Convenience - anything that saves or simplifies work, adds to one's ease or comfort) and the expected high quality of service. I see no paradox here
