Este un pleonasm sa spui "flapsurile bordului de fuga", deoarece cand spunem "flapsuri" exact la cele de la bordul de fuga ne referim! Avionul are un singur fel de flaps: cel de la bordul de fuga. Celelalte suprafete poarta alte denumiri, specifice, cu toate ca uneori mai sunt denumite prin extensie si flapsuri, dar in mod cu totul gratuit.
