Nu stiu daca textul inclus la definitie te va ajuta foarte mult la traducerea expresiei, dar cu siguranta te va ajuta sa intelegi mai bine la ce se refera.
Eu consider ca expresia ta de tradus nu trebuie sa fie numai "flow liner" ci "bleed duct flow liner".
liner - coloana generala care cuprinde mai multe circuite:
liner - avion comercial;
APU prezinta anumite circuite, aductiuni care o ajuta sa elimine presiunea din conducta atunci cand este alimentat avionul.
