In cazuul de fata este vb. despre un document tradus in engleza din olandeza, iar traducerea s-a efectuata literal si nu inteleg exact ce legatura are termenul "residency" in cazul de fata. Poate ca ar fi nevoie de cineva care vb. si olandeza si engleza.
