La Titluri de capitole (Headings) intr-un contract urmatoarea este contextul:

'The headings used in the document setting forth these Terms and Conditions are used only for ease of reference and are not controlling.'

ease of reference mot-a-mot poate fi aluzie usoara, desi ma indoiesc...Iar pentru controlling nu gasesc o traducere potrivita. Poate sa ma jute cineva?
