LETTER OF APPOINTMENT OF A SALES AGENT

WHEREAS:

A. The Principal wishes to appoint the Agent to obtain orders and for the services of the Principal.

B. The Agent accepts the appointment as agent of the Principal in respect of the sale of the services of the Principal.

IT IS AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES AS FOLLOWS:

1. APPOINTMENT
The Principal hereby appoints the Agent with effect from the commencement date specified in the Schedule to obtain orders on behalf of the Principal in the Territory specified in the Schedule in respect of the services supplied by the Principal. These services are detailed more fully in the Schedule. The Principal will provide to the Agent the Support Services outlined in the Schedule at no charge.
