Recourse (cu deplina incredere si credit)loan = un imprumut pentru care agentul economic garanteaza personal (in situatia in care valoarea gajului nu este suficienta pentru a acoperi suma datorata agentul economic este raspunzator pt. diferenta)
Non-recourse (cu raspundere limitata) = agentul economic nu garanteaza personal reimbursarea datoriei; acest tip de imprumut este acordat de obicei pentru proiecte generatoare de venituri si este garantat de veniturile care vor fi generate de proiect.
