English term or phrase: controlling feedback
Controlling feedback is a coercive form of communication that managers use to control employees whose performance is poor. By providing controlling feedback, the manager encourages the employee to rely on him to discover any mistakes she makes. Controlling feedback doesn't provide the employee with a viable solution for improving her performance. It doesn't transfer responsibility for improving performance to the employee, or set her a measurable goal. This feedback is likely to encourage the employee to depend on the manager to discover any mistakes she makes.

Modul în care el oferă feedback subordonaților despre performanțele şi comportamentul lor poate influența climatul comunicării. De exemplu, în loc să le ofere un feedback evaluativ de genul „mereu greșești”, este de dorit să le spună ce au de făcut, ce au făcut bine și ce mai trebuie făcut pentru a-și optimiza performanța (feedback formativ). Notes to answerer
Asker: Nu este formativ - cititi contextul- de aceea am inchis intrebarea aceasta o data, pentru ca nu furnizasem suficient context. In feedback-ul de tip controlling, seful e cel care face totul in locul anagajatului si NU ofera solutii pentru ca angajatul sa isi imbunatateasca performanta. Angajatul sfarseste prin a se baza pe superior pentru a-i corecta greselile. ESTE EXACT OPUSUL FEEDBACK-ULUI FORMATIV (am folosit caps pentru emfaza, nu din alte motive).
