Explanation:
Pentru "the parties to the marriage" as fi ales varianta "partile contractului de casatorie", chiar daca este mai ad literam, sau simplu "soţii" (accent pe prima silaba ;) ).
Fiind vorba de un certificat de casatorie, as alege prima varianta, mai adecvata registrului.
Un certificat de casatorie emis in Romania nu face referire clara la aceste parti, folosindu-se termenii de "soţi" cu echivalentul in limba engleză "the couple".
