English term or phrase: TED talk

Probabil cunoasteti aceste "TED talks" (www.ted.com). Sunt "talks" scurte, de la 3 la 30 minute, date de specialisti in diferite domenii (Technology, Entertainment, Design), unui public divers. Ca atare, "discursurile" sunt in general informale si lipsite de jargon. Vorbitorii sunt mai mult povestitori decat altceva. It's more story-telling than giving a speech, dupa cum percep eu situatia.

Cuvantul "talk" ar trebui sa fie relativ usor de tradus, dar nu ma pot decide. "Discurs" pare prea formal si distant; asta ar fi "speech". Predecesorul meu a tradus folosind "cuvantare," care mie imi suna prea arhaic. "Alocutiune" e un termen prea formal. Poate "prezentare," dar cuvantul imi sugereaza ca ar trebui sa fie si ceva PowerPoint in fundal, ceea ce nu e neaparat cazul. Sugestii?

Asker: Hm, eu nu dadusem peste termenul asta, dar am observat ca altii au folosit si "prezentare" (in descrierea talk-ului, aici: http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/rum/becky_blanton_the_year_i_was_homeless.html) si "discurs" (tot in descrierea talk-ului: http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/rum/itay_talgam_lead_like_the_great_conductors.html). Nu cred ca exista un consens. Multumesc pentru site-ul TEDx Bucurest. M-am uitat putin si mi se pare ca si acolo alterneaza cu "discurs" si "prezentare".
