Cred că ar putea fi tradus cu "Regiunea Centrală" dacă e într-un context administrativ şi cu "Podişul Central" dacă e un context pur geografic. Această regiune nu este o vale propriu-zisă, ci o regiune cu mai multe văi mici, delimitată de două lanţuri muntoase. Deci, geografic, e un podiş. |
