neutral  Mihaela Sima Dubois: Buna Mihaela. Nu cred ca „near-term” desemneaza un moment. In definitie, termenul este definitit ca o scurta perioada de timp in viitorul apropiat: Of, for,or involving a short period of time in the near future (http://www.thefreedictionary.com/near-term)
