În limba spaniolă, pare-se, ar fi „fondos públicos” deși în cazul meu se spune că un altar închinat unui zeu a devenit „public trust”. Credeți că ar merge patrimoniu public sau ceva de genul ăsta?

The social contract is an intellectual device intended to explain the appropriate relationship between individuals and their governments. Social contract arguments assert that individuals unite into political societies by a process of mutual consent, agreeing to abide by common rules and accept corresponding duties to protect themselves and one another from violence and other kinds of harm.

E destul de usor de tradus si de inteles. In cadrul unei campanii electorale cel mai potrivit ar fi "capital electoral," iar in general se refera la aprobarea data de societate alesilor sai, consensul pozitiv ca cei alesi sunt de buna credinta.
