"defined contribution" se defineste ca "cota de contributie fixa". Mi se pare cea mai buna traducere si o accept. Eu am tradus "plan" prin "sistem".

"Sistemul de pensii ocupational poate fi de tipul beneficiu definit sau de tipul contributie definita. Cea mai mare diferenta o reprezinta distribuirea riscului intre angajat si angajator.

In planul contributie definita, angajatul suporta riscul unei eventuale caderi a pietei de capital, care in cazul beneficiu definit este suportat de angajator. Angajatii se bucura de o mare flexibilitate, deoarece in orice moment valoarea capitalului lor poate fi calculata. Acest lucru este avantajos mai ales pentru angajatii mobili."
