All employees will be bonded. Este din statutul unei asociatii, la subtitlul Staff si acesta este tot contextul, pentru ca subtitlul respectiv are doar aceasta singura prevedere.

Am gasit urmatoarea definitie pe net, dar in continuare nu stiu care ar putea fi echivalentul in lb. romana. Multumiri pentru sugestii!

Cat timp o companie si/sau un angajat pot fi atat "insured" cat si "insured & bonded" trebuie mentinuta diferentierea. "Bonded" este, pracitc, un alt nivel de asigurare care acopera si aspecte unice ale unei activitati. Spre exemplu, in domeniul meu (al constructiilor), o companie nu poate participa la lucrari cu bani publici daca nu este "insured and bonded". Regimul sindicalizat in constructii are in vedere si o anumita calitate, un anumit nivel profesional al asiguratului, deci nu se acorda oricui, indiferent de rata pe care asiguratul este dispus s-o plateasca.
