RECTIFICARE: ***DREPT EVENTUAL***, NU INTERES, SORRY.

Interesele de participare reprezinta drepturi detinute in capitalul altei societati comerciale.

dupa parerea mea, contingent aici are sensul de "circumstantial", "potential", "posibil"
vezi http://www.thefreedictionary.com/contingent

In Fr. e intérêt/droit éventuel.

An equitable interest is one which would be recognised by the Court of Chancery. It is enforceable in limited circumstances as opposed to a contractual obligation which is strictly enforceable regardless of who is involved. Contract law may be certain but it is not always fair. An equitable interest usually carries with it a significant element of fairness.

Equitable interest

Last modified: Thu Feb 23 16:37:37 2006

An interest in some property (RealProperty or PersonalProperty) that can be given effect in a court under the principles of equity. The EquitableTitle that the beneficiary obtains under a trust is an example.

equitable interest
Definition
Right in a property (such as that of a life tenant or the beneficiary of a trust) that tantamounts to a real right but is not a legal right. Also called equitable estate.
http://www.businessdictionary.com/definition/equitable-inter...
