Este vorba despre un act adiţional la un acord pentru desfăşurarea unui studiu clinic. Dar cum să sune româneşte "termenii definiţi utilizaţi în acest Act adiţional şi care nu sunt definiţi în acesta..."?

Termenii utilizati ... nedefiniti... vor avea aceeasi interpretare ca cea data in definitiile din contractul de baza...
Eu asta inteleg. Nici nu e nevoie sa traduci termeni definiti. Prin asta se refera la termenii care in general se definesc in cadrul unui contract.
