English term or phrase: judgment-proof
The term judgment proof is most commonly used in tort law contexts to refer to defendants or potential defendants who are financially insolvent.

The effect of being judgment-proof is that creditors may not bother to sue you because they will not be able to "satisfy" their judgments against you.

art.

-> da, m-a pacalit termenul INSOLVENT, de fapt daca n-are mijloace materiale e chiar falit:), sau smecher si are bunurile in fiducie (dupa noul cod civil)
