Fiecare angajat, fie în calitate de autor, custode, utilizator sau
destinatar al informaţiilor confidenţiale, trebuie să se asigure că
aceste informaţii aflate sub conducerea şi/sau controlul său sunt
protejate adecvat în conformitate cu politicile şi instrucţiunile
Companiei. Aceasta include asigurarea că aceste informaţii nu
sunt expuse pe birouri sau în zonele noastre de lucru unde pot fi
văzute de oricine. Aceste politici includ limitarea accesului la
informaţii confidenţiale al persoanelor autorizate pe principiul „în
limita necesităţilor" şi divulgarea informaţiilor confidenţiale doar
atunci când există o necesitate comercială validă – numai atunci
în conformitate cu politicile şi instrucţiunile Companiei. Angajaţii trebuie să evite transmiterea de
informaţii confidenţiale prin intermediul computerului sau prin fax în moduri prin care le-ar putea
pune la dispoziţia unor persoane neautorizate. Trebuie semnat un acord de confidenţialitate
aprobat cu toţi terţii înainte de divulgarea oricăror informaţii confidenţiale. Departamentul Juridic
poate oferi asistenţa necesară pentru validarea acestor acorduri.

any suspension described in subparagraph (A) that is imposed solely in connection with persons becoming participants or beneficiaries, or ceasing to be participants or beneficiaries, in an individual account plan by reason of a corporate merger, acquisition, divestiture, or similar transaction involving the plan or plan sponsor.
