restricții rezonabile
Explanation:
"The Covenant Must Be Reasonable: This requirement is the most important and also the most troublesome for employers. The main problem is that there is no precise definition of a “reasonable” covenant that can be used in all cases. As a rule of thumb, a reasonable covenant contains only those restrictions that are necessary to protect the employer’s business interest. Therefore, employers must be careful to avoid vague or overbroad covenants, and instead should tailor their covenants to their specific circumstances. What may be a reasonable restriction for one business may not be reasonable for another." (http://www5.cbia.com/hr/drafting-enforceable-covenants-not-t...

"Dreptul fundamental de constituire a asociatiilor politice (garantat de articolul 19 din Constitutie) da Parlamentului posibilitatea de a elabora legi care sa prevada “restrictii rezonabile” in exercitarea dreptului de asociere, in conditii impuse de necesitatea protejarii intereselor nationale, ale ordinii publice si moralitatii."(http://newdelhi.mae.ro/index.php?lang=ro&id=23238)

"...Declaratia Universala a Drepturilor Omului. Prevederile primului alineat contin o precizare in plus: drepturile respective sunt exercitate fara restrictii rezonabile, ceea ce implica posibilitatea existentei unor conditionari in exercitiul acestor drepturi. In aceste conditii interdictia oricarei discriminari nu mai apare ca fiind nelimitata, pretandu-se, in cazul reglementarii ei prin lege, la o fireasca cercetare a conditiei de rezonabilitate." clauze/contracte/conventii/acorduri/intelegeri rezonabile - "reguli"/"concesii" rezonabile

Explanation:

2. (Law) Law
a. an agreement in writing under seal, as to pay a stated annual sum to a charity
b. a particular clause in such an agreement, esp in a lease
3. (Law) (in early English law) an action in which damages were sought for breach of a sealed agreement

A doua varianta, "concesii rezonabile"
CONCÉSIE ~i f. 1) Renunțare benevolă la un drept în folosul altuia. 2) Acord obținut prin cedări reciproce; compromis. [Art. concesia; G.-D. concesiei; Sil. -si-e] /<fr. concession, lat. concessio, ~onis

Example sentence(s):
  • Orice reglementare, a oricărui conflict presupune şi concesii deseori dureroase şi cred că este important ca întreaga clasă politică, elitele dar şi opinia publică să fie pregătită şi de anumite concesii rezonabile.
