Este un pasaj dintr-un ordin de modificare a conditiilor de angajare la o companie de prelucrare a carnii. In propozitia urmatoare se mentioneaza "Hygiene bonus pool on kill floor", care cred ca-l voi traduce prin "Fond de premii pentru muncă în condiţii nefavorabile în abator". Prin urmare, "time-bank/minutes pool" probabil este la fel un fond de premii, sau nu? Dacă da, atunci pentru ce se plătesc aceste premii? ... Help please, sunt în pană de idei. |
