In cadrul clauzei privitoare la daunele indirecte, etc...si limitarea raspunderii, dupa enumerarea cazurilor in care raspunderea firmei este limitata, ultima fraza este urmatoarea:

" These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy".

Traducerea facuta de altcineva in prealabil a fost:
"Aceste limitari se aplica PENTRU orice abatere de la scopul principal al oricarei masuri reparatorii limitate".

Eu nu sunt prea convinsa. Notwithstading e in pofida, sau fara a aduce prejudicii. Are cineva vreo idee?
