Explanation:
Am cautat informatii in engleza, dar nu am gasit. Asa ca o sa-ti spun ce am gasit in spaniola.

dupa cum vezi aici (mingaonline.uach.cl/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&pid=S0718-09501995000100003&lng=es&nrm=iso) termenul acesta se numeste in America "bargaining" o "pleabargaining" (Me refiero al "bargaining" o "pleabargaining") (en Gran Bretaña denominada "crown witness"). L-am mai gasit si sub denumirea de "chinuit de remuscari" sau "pocait, spasit". In putine cuvinte, cel care isi marturiseste vinovatia in schimbul unei pedepse mai reduse.
Aici (www.penal.org/pdf/LivretSection2SP.pdf) ai alta referinta, imi pare rau ca e tot in spaniola. Da termenul spaniol de "arrepentido", pe care-l poti gasi ca "regreta" (vb. arrepentir)

neutral  lucca: Cred că e vorba de un caz particular (un acuzat recunoaşte, iar în funcţie de plea bargaining şi, probabil, alte circumstanţe, poate să devină, din acuzat, "martor al acuzării").

  -> se poate, dar toate pe care le-am gasit mentionau individul ca implicat care marturiseste. N-am idee daca asta se poate transforma apoi in martor al apararii, tot ce e posibil.
