aici e vorba de acel tip de neglijenta care poate contribui intr-un proces penal la absolvirea de pedeapsa sau la micsorarea pedepsei, drept motiv ca respectivul act criminal nu a fost intentionat, ci neintentionat, prin neglijenta. eu cred ca e buna varianta spaniola, pe care am amintit-o mai sus, si suna bine in romana, si sugereaza definitia, dar nu este un termen consacrat in romana, nu-l gasesc nicaieri... :(
