NGOs may not find themselves in a strong position to advise or support victims of multiple discrimination because they are unable to deal with the diversity of situations that may exist. Also it is not uncommon for national equality bodies to categorise any complaints they receive according to one ground and only pursue legal cases on this basis. This makes cases more simple to argue and easier to win, but it does mean that part of the problem is ignored.

Este vorba de atitudinea autorităților naționale de a clasifica plângerile pe care le primesc in funcție doar de, din păcate, un singur cap de acuzare ...adică mita se duce la mită, abuzul in serviciu la fel etc.
