si eu m-am "lovit" de chestia asta intr-o traducere:

dupa discutii am ales sa las denumirea in origina, pentru ca asa am vazut ca au facut si altii... "Senior Courts" s-ar putea traduce prin "Curtile Superioare" dar e imposibil de gasit echivalentul exact pentru ca organizarea e foarte diferita, aceste "Senior Courts" cuprinzand Curtea de Apel, Înalta Curte şi Curtea Regală...din cate am gasit eu la vremea respectiva.

in care -in toate limbile, nu numai in romana, sintagma e lasata in limba originala...

A Master is a level of judge in the High Court lower than that of a High Court judge. They are mainly responsible for case management pre-trial, and cases are then heard at trial by a full High Court judge...
