Pe prima pagina se mentioneaza bunurile ce fac obiectul asigurarii iar pe a doua pagina apare "Declarations" ca titlu urmat de o serie de date ca: insurer, assured address, policy period, limit of liability, etc.

Exista o traducere consacrata?

personal nu cred ca sunt nici conditii speciale, adresa asiguratului nu se inscrie in aceasta categorie de exemplu si nici termenii din contract ( idem)

eu as zice mai degraba formular. e mai mult deductie decat siguranta termenului, dar din descriere si specimene de "declarations" in engleza, asta ar trebui sa fie. nu se mentioneaza clauzele speciale pe nici unul din formularele pe care le-am vazut eu. probabil pentru ele exista alte documente speciale. glosarele consultate: vezi web references. pentru specimene vezi mai jos.

nu cred ca exista termen consacrat. pagina cu datele astea din asigurarea mea de viata nu are nici un titlu, si din cate am vazut eu, nu se refera doar la asigurarea bunurilor, ci si la alte tipuri de asigurari
