Este vorba despre procesul in care, pentru a prelungi data de garantie a produselor alimentare, aerul introdus in amabalaj este fierbinte; o temperatura care sa distruga bacteriile din aerul respectiv.
Faptul ca hot fill face parte, dupa parerea mea, dintr-o lista de masuri care duc la o mai buna calitate conservarii si faptul ca, altminteri, pentru hot fill ca umplutura/material fierbinte nu ar fi fost necesar ajutorul colegilor de pe proz :-) mi-au adus aminte de aceasta procedura.
Stiu asta dintr-o intamplare dar voi cauta si ceva referinte. |
