- este numele unui capitol din contract, in care se prevede ca "X may consign to the Service Provider products necessary to perform the Service. The Service Provider shall not sell, assign, pledge or encumber any consigned product."
- After having performed the Service under this Agreement, the Service Provider will guarantee the proper function of the Product for a period of 3 (three) months from the date the Product was Serviced and delivered to the consigned stock;
