E o ocazie excelentă ca, plecând de la această nemulţumire/pe baza acestei nemulţumiri, să lansăm...
Aş prefera varianta asta fiindcă „a specula/profita” e mai degrabă negativ, punând într-o lumină nedorită autorul pasajului (firma?), iar aici pare a fi vorba de o circulară sau un comunicat.
