Explanation:
În română, sintagma folosită pentru dimensiuni reduse, echivalentul englezecului „hand-held” sau „palm-size” este „de buzunar”.
De exemplu, „carte de buzunar”, „calculator de buzunar” etc., toate însemnând „de mici didmensiuni”.

Sau, ca alternativă, „Calitate... portabilă” / „Calitate... la purtător” :)
