I need a shorter translation for the header of a machine manual. This is actually the name of the machine.

Romanian term: UTILAJ DE RĂSPÂNDIRE USCATĂ JD

Could it be: RĂSPÂNDITOR JD ? I have the feeling that the word "DRY" is missing.
