termenul este păstrat ca atare şi în Română, în limbajul de specialitate, deci "rebound" cu semnificaţia de reapariţie a simptoamelor pe care un agent medicamentos le-a eliminat.
Se mai foloseşte şi termenul românesc "recrudescenţă" a simptoamelor
