Traducerea cu "impulsiv /nervos" imi place pentru ca include toate nuantele:
- un factor declansator al consumului excesiv, impulsul (de cele mai multe ori, psihologic, persoana in cauza cautand o "alinare" in mancare, bautura sau cumparaturi);
- caracterul ocazional, persoana actionand sub un "impuls" (nu este vorba de alcoolism instalat, permanent, ci de "episoade" de consum excesiv);
- caracterul excesiv al consumului, datorat nevoii urgente de a "alina" o senzatie de lipsa (impulsiv = necontrolat, navalnic)...

Pentru "binge eating" am gasit "bulimie nervoasa" (suna logic), dar si "sindrom binge", "binge eating" en anglais dans le texte...

De altfel, daca faci o cautare pe Google cu "binge eating"+impulsive+impulse (sau incearca +occasional), vei vedea ca acesti termeni se regasesc adesea impreuna...

Asta e, depinde daca se potriveste cu restul contextului.

Nu e termen strict de specialitate, am gasit multe referiri in limbajul jurnalistic. De asemeni, daca e o etapa a alcoolismului, e prima. Referirile se fac mai ales la tineri (britanici).
