Diana, m-am gandit la natura fondurilor care pot fii taiate( de exemplu, "grant-urile" care trebuiesc reanoite) ;atunci cand sunt "sustainable"inseamna fie ca sunt permanente sau reinoirea contractelor este garantata. Multe clinici in US au situatie precara si risca sa fie inchise.
