Asker: Multumesc pentru sugestie, dar nu ma intereseaza intelesul sintagmei in sine, pentru ca e relativ simplu de inteles ce inseamna vortez si ce inseamna water. M-ar interesa o traducere STRICT in contextul furnizat, acela al unei metode de debitare (a inoxului in cazul meu) avand ca scop reducerea emisiilor si a zgomotului.
