Nu este o traducere anume în română. E unul din domeniile mele preferate şi ştiu multe astfel de „dispozitive” artizanale de făcut focul fără chibrituri. La fel este bow-drill sau hand-drill, fire-plow, firesteel:

Eu am inventat termenul acum dar o altă variantă ar fi să îl laşi aşa şi să explici în paranteză că este un dispozitiv artizanal cu piston pentru aprins focul.
Sigur nu este vreun echivalent consacrat la noi pentru că domeniul e prea puţin popular pe aici (păcat, că e interesant).
