Asker: Multumesc, dar nu se refera la drepturile omului. Drepturi aici este o exprimare generala, dar drepturile in chestiune sunt specifice unor categorii sociale, sunt in fapt mai restranse, si nu coincid intotdeauna cu drepturile fundamentale.
