The flag of Romania has the colours placed vertically as follows: blue (hoist), yellow (in the middle) and red (fly).

Drapelul Romaniei are culorile plasate vertical precum urmeaza: albastru (la lance), galben (in mijloc) si rosu (in afara)

Tot pe lance se află şi sistemul de înălţare a steagului.

neutral  bia_free: "lance" simplu se confunda cu hampa - care este de fapt suportul pe care se fixeaza panza, nicidecum un segment din steag - http://www.casaafacerilor.ro/new1/tabel_lance.php?id=83 Exact, dinspre! de-asta sugestia mea e ca "lance" sa nu apara singur :)
