disagree  chris andrei: if you google "local employment partnerships" England you get (among other results) http://business.timesonline.co.uk/tol/business/specials/loca... . Vezi apoi articolele cu titlu bleu care explica ce sunt acele partnerships...

  -> dupa parerea mea, este tot un fel de job centre, dar cu atributii mai detaliate. In mare are acelasi rol cu job centre, doar ca se implica mai mult in incercarea de a gasi joburi
