global intellectual talent Inteligență organizațională (de vârf)

Explanation:
E vorba de Intellectual talent of the company, inteligența companiei/ organizației. „Intellectual talent” în sine se poate traduce cu inteligență sau abilitate/ capacitate intelectuală. Dar nu știu cât e de potrivite sunt aceste sintagme în cazul de față. Dacă mai adăugați și superioară/ excepțională... chiar că devine un titlu cât o frază.

Ca titlu eu v-aș propune să spuneți Inteligență organizațională de vârf (la nivel global/ mondial).

Din aceasta perspectiva, notiunile de „inteligenta organizationala“ si „organizatie inteligenta“, intens vehiculate in literatura de specialitate a ultimilor ani, nu sunt deloc surprinzatoare.
