"Autocompătimire" poate?

Câteva idei din linkul de mai jos:

Sa urmarim acum cum evolueaza in timp starea de dispozitie a consumatorului frecvent de alcool. Asa cum arata si figura1, la un om obisnuit starea de dispozitie (reprezentata de linia roz) oscileaza in timp, de la o zi la alta, de la bucurie la tristete, de la entuziasm la stress, de la relaxare la frica si anxietate.

Cu multă plăcere. Sinonime ar fi, dar nu ştiu cât se potrivesc în frază...

De ex. "Alcoolul este folosit/ consumat pentru a sărbători sau, din contră, pentru a regreta amar/ a se lăsa cuprins de regrete."

Asker: A jeli este corect ca sens, dar mult mai restrans ca cel al lui commiserate, care este destul de vast pentru a include orice tip de autocompatimire dar si a impartasi tristetea cu altcineva. In absenta unui echivalent perfect pentru commiserate, mi-ar folosi un sinonim la a jeli dar intr-un alt registru, mai elevat. Multumesc din nou pentru interes! Diana
