Ce-i drept, portareii nu prea mai au azi rolul asta (mai aproape fiind de executori); inainte insa erau 'agentii de paza' in tribunal, v. expresia 'a pune portareii' pe cineva. Deci, doar daca se refera la trecut (inainte de 1990), ceea ce, dat fiind ca nu avem deloc context, n-ar fi exclus.
