Nu stiu dk e sub cautiune. Eu am inteles ca e vorba de o factura pentru marfuri importate si aflate intr un antrepozit vamal. In fr am gasit in GDT pentru "under bond" - "sous douane". Cred ca e echivalentul lui "in bond" aici = "in antrepozit". Multumesc!

e vorba de o procedura simplificata care reduce cu mult birocratia...Nu sunt 100% sigura ca acest transfer este echivalentul a ceea ce cauti dar poate te directioneaza cat de cat

pentru ca este vb de importarea de marfa din Olanda, tranfer invoice= factura de transport ( orice marfa care trece hotarele trebuie sa prezinte factura / foaia de expeditie la vama)
