Din câte am observat din întrebările anterioare e vb. de programe pt persoane defavorizate. Poate că anumite servicii - de ex programări la medic - sunt gratuite, în schimbul respectării unor condiţii (prezentare regulată la consultaţii).
Ca să nu se zică "outright" că au fost daţi afară din programul respectiv, s-a optat pentru o exprimare în limbaj de lemn, birocratic, "register out" (of the programme) ca opus al lui „register into”.
