Stefangelo DPSI: SPOT ON. astea toate sint ajutoare. pentru cazurile cind veniturile nu sint destule pentru... Va rog sa nu credeti ca am comentat cu o oaresce tenta. Atita doar ca versiunile celorlalti contributori pareau sa nu reuseasca sa puna degetul... pe rana.

Am citit si ce s-a scris la link-ul prezentat de catre "asker" si, dupa parerea mea, concluziile de acolo sunt gresite. S-a generalizat unul dintre multele cazuri particulare.

Stefangelo DPSI: in Romania, avantaj se foloseste in ultimul timp in reclame stupide,in contextul reducerii pretului la obiecte de uz casnic.N-am auzit in Romania de nici un avantaj de somaj,dar de ajutor de somaj da.Aici e vorba de ajutoare sociale de la stat, nu "perks"

-> Citeste, te rog, nota. "Benefits" este un cuvant complex. Nici eu n-am auzit de ... ajutor de masina companiei, de ajutor de reducere taxe sau de ajutor de prioritate in alegere, deci il acoperim pe "benefits" cu o gama de alte notiuni si cuvinte.

Valentina Meyer: da, in unele contexte sunt avantaje desigur (masina de serviciu ca sa dau un exemplu) dar sunt si ajutoare in alte contexte. Este greu de redat intreaga semnificatie asa cum este perceputa de nativii englezi.
